- Will IS-4 be changed when it’s tier 10? I mean, visually, or its characteristics, the gun.
We do not plan visual changes to IS-4; the addons will be managed only in the characteristics of the tank.
- Will you add turret turning sounds?
Yes, we will add the sound for turret turning in the future.
- Will we be able to record the game video in the free camera mode so that to see the enemy tanks moving like in starcraft 2?
We are going to add battles recording and playing in the game client, but not in the free camera mode.
- Will you add in-battle recharging when you run out of shells: the tank will be attackable and immobile, and we will have to get to a safe place to recharge?
This option is not planned for adding.
- Jagdtiger has the front armor thickness of 250mm. In fact its front hull armor was 150mm thick, and its cabin armor thickness was 250mm. Why is that? Do you plan to fix its parameters?
In the game, the cabin armor is 250mm thick, while the hull armor is 150mm thick. In the tank characteristics we denote the maximal thickness of front armor - 250mm; eventually, that means that we do not have to change it.
- When will you implement the possibility of using several guns in a tank, this year maybe?
Such an option will be added, but not earlier than in 2012.
- You said that you’ll add restrictions for used modules in the historical battle mode. Shall the player choose the modules before the battle personally, or will they be selected automatically?
The player will arrange the battle configuration personally.
- What about news achievements? Any information or ETA?
We cannot tell the specs of achievements at the moment, but we will start adding them in the early 2012.
- Any news about new crew skills? Would be great to hear what exactly will be added and their ETA.
We cannot share information about new skills at the moment, but we are going to add plenty of them. Part of them are scheduled for release in Q4 of 2011, and the rest for 2012.
- You’ve recently given contradictive news on camo. I’m interested in detection of camouflage at shooting, when a camo’ed tank is in the bushes having 100% skill of camo.
We know that the bushes situated within the radius of 15m stop hiding the tank at shooting, except for the bush with the maximal coefficient of tank covering.
- Do we lose camo net effects and skills? Or does the shot just slightly reduce the coefficient of covering?
A shot simply reduces the coefficient of covering, with no influence on the camo net effects and skills.
- Any plans for Sturmtiger or JagdSturmtiger?
The Sturmtiger vehicle will be added to the game, but the JagdSturmtiger has never existed.
- Are you going to add the second line of German TDs at the same time as the Soviet ones?
According to the latest news, the lines will be implemented separately.
- Does the base barricades destruction influence on base capture?
The destruction of base barricades has no influence on the base capture.
- Shall we be able to turn on the removed speed governor before the battle starts, when the timer is still ticking?
We’re not going to implement this feature.
- Will you implement the option of ignoring teammates who spam in battle?
You can already do it by pressing Ctrl + right mouse button click on the nickname of a player.
- The white spot reflecting my tank on the minimap is horrible at any settings. I can hardly see where I’m going! Will you change its color?
We will change the reflective spot and a tank’s view sector within the update v.7.0.
- How soon will we see the 30v30 battle mode? Will it appear this year? Will it be a random battle?
The earliest ETA for the 30v30 battle mode is 2012 as the mode is technically complicated, so we cannot give any adequate schedule for its release.
- Will you match the tank company battles by tier or other criteria?
There will be four divisions of tank company battles: up to tier 10 (included), up to tier 8 (included), up to tier 6 (included), up to tier 4 (included). We will also add special limitations for some types of light tanks and SPGs. Each level of divisions will have a limitation on points number (the total number of tank tiers in a company).
- Clan logos: will we have logos on tanks in the battle?
Yes, the clan logos (as well as others) will be displayed on tanks in battle. The logos will be purchased for gold and placed over the nation marks (stars, crosses, etc.).
- Could you tell us, please, more about the war mist on Global map?
At the battle beginning on Global map a team won’t see the list of the enemy team. “The right ear” concept (working name, subject to change) will be implemented with the war mist, when the enemy tanks will appear on the list only when they are detected.
- I’d like to hear more about freezing of tanks destroyed on Global map. Thanks.
Actually, the blocking system is the following:
Any tank, heavily damaged or destroyed on Global map, cannot partake in the battles of Ultimate Conquest. The freezing time depends on the amount of hits drawn at damaging. But the tank can still partake in other battle modes (random battles, championship matches, and company battles).
- The French tanks are due to release with v.7.1 update. Will you introduce the whole tank tree or add it in parts, like you did with Americans?
We will introduce the French tank tree in parts: light, medium and heavy tanks will go first, and then we will add SPGs and TDs.
Can you name at least three things that we will see on Global map with v.7.0 update?
- The three features to be implemented on Global map:
• If a province isn’t connected to the clan HQ (through other its provinces), then it does not bring profit to the clan.
• If a clan has already got at least one province on the map, then it cannot apply for landing.
If there are multiple attacks scheduled for a single province, its owner gets a privilege: first, the attackers will fight against each other, and the winner of the battles will meet the owner of the province in the final match.
